What are you grateful for today? Everyone has something to be grateful for every day. I bet you can even think of more than one thing,more than five things, maybe even more than ten things. You feel better when you’re grateful, you just do. Think of something you’re grateful for today. Then take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. I promise that afterwards you will feel better. You might not even notice, or know why you feel better you just will. Sometimes you just don’t feel like being grateful for anything. So be grateful for things like flushing toilets. Be grateful for things like refrigerators. Be grateful for things like light and electricity. If you don’t want to be grateful for Creature Comforts, than be grateful that you are you. Be grateful that you are breathing. Be grateful that you have the ability to think.
